Moderní titanové slitiny s beta strukturou představují další logický krok ve vývoji materiálů pro náhrady tvrdé tkáně. Tyto slitiny vynikají zejména mechanickými vlastnostmi, které se blíží chování lidských kostí. Kromě mechanických požadavků však musí materiály vynikat i vysokou korozní odolností v tělním prostředí.Práce je zaměřena na studium koroního chování titanových slitin v různých modelech tělního prostředí.
Advanced titanium alloys with beta structure represent the next logical step in the development of materials for hard tissue replacement. In particular, these alloys exhibit mechanical properties that approach the behaviour of human bones. However, in addition to the mechanical requirements, the materials must also excel in high corrosion resistance in the body environment.This work focuses on the study of the corrosion behavior of titanium alloys in different models of the body environment.
