Cílem této diplomové práce je prozkoumat potenciálně slabá místa implementačních přístupů konceptu Digital Twin a identifikace zásadních blokátorů, které vedou k odsunu implementace nebo v nejhorším případě k implementaci chybné a následně navrhnout postupy, které povedou k jejich odstranění. Přínosem těchto nově navržených postupů je eliminace rizik spojených s nesprávnou implementací, která může vést k významným finančním, materiálním a časovým ztrátám zejména v případech, kdy je nejprve nutné vybudovat rozsáhlou a konsolidovanou datovou základnu.

The goal of this thesis is to investigate the potential weaknesses of the implementation approaches of the Digital Twin concept and to identify the fundamental blockers that lead to a postponement of the implementation or, in the worst case, to a failure of the implementation, and then to propose approaches that will lead to their removal. The added value of these newly proposed procedures is the elimination of the risks associated with incorrect implementation, which can lead to significant financial, material and time losses, especially in cases where a large and consolidated data base needs to be built first.
