Diplomová práce je zaměřena na principy a systém strategického řízení lean metod a zlepšování ve farmaceutické společnosti. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit, jaké metody lean managementu jsou ve vybrané farmaceutické společnosti využívány, zda přispívají k optimalizaci procesů a činností ve firmě a v čem lze spatřit jejich přínos pro podnik. Dílčím cílem praktické části diplomové práce je návrh rozvoje řízení lean strategie, propojení strategie s rozvojem pracovníků firmy a následné vyhodnocení návrhu z věcného a ekonomického hlediska.

The diploma thesis is focused on the principles and system of strategic management of lean methods and improvement in a pharmaceutical company. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate what methods of lean management are used in the selected pharmaceutical company, whether they contribute to the optimization of processes and activities in the company and what are their benefits for the company. A partial goal of the practical part of the diploma thesis is to propose suitable recommendations for the further development of lean strategy management and for the connection of this strategy and employees development. Last part of the diploma thesis is devoted to the evaluation of proposals from a material and economic point of view.
