Existuje jen minimální počet vyřešených struktur, ve kterých je vázán cholesterol. Informace o způsobu jeho navázání může být klíčová např. při vývoji fluorescenčních látek, které by umožnily jeho sledování na buněčné úrovni. Cílem práce je příprava a charakterizace pevné vícekomponentní fáze cholesterolu s cyklodextrinem. Použité metody - rtg. strukturní analýza, rtg. fázová analýza, případně IČ a Ramanova spektroskopie.
There is a limited number of solved structures, which include bonded cholesterol. Any hints on the way cholesterol binds may help in e.g. development of fluorescent compounds, that would enable tracking of cholesterol on a cellular level. The aim of the work is preparation and characterization of a solid multicomponent form of cholesterol with cyclodextrin. Used methods: X-ray structure analysis, X-ray phase analysis, IR and Raman spectroscopy when necessary.
