Výzkum se zaměří na implementaci a následnou aplikaci moderních instrumentálních metod pro sledování spektra moderních pesticidů a jejich metabolitů v různých typech biotických matric. Hodnocena bude vypovídací charakter nálezů reziduí ve vztahu k historii vzorku. Pro rychlý a jednoduchý screening skupin pesticidů s identickým mechanismem účinku bude hledána i možnost vyvinutí metody založené na měření toxických efektů; posouzena bude korelace s instrumentálními metodami.
The research will be focused on the implementation a follow-up application of modern instrumental methods for monitoring of a set of modern pesticides and their metabolites in various biotic matrices. The relationship between the residues found and history of samples will be investigated. To enable a fast screening of pesticides possessing an identical mode of action, the possibility of new method based on toxic effects will be developed. The correlation with the results of instrumental method will be assessed.
