Doktorská práce, realizovaná v rámci mezinárodní spolupráce, se zaměří na aplikaci nové, netradiční strategie ´otisků prstů´ (fingerprints), tedy necílového screeningu přítomných metabolitů, pro odhalování různých forem falšování potravin a doplňků stravy. Pro analýzy vzorků budou využity nejmodernější instrumentální platformy sestávající z různých chromatografických systémů ve spojení s vysokorozlišovací hmotnostní spektrometrií. Výzkum bude též orientován na identifikaci markerů autenticity.

The thesis, realized within an international collaboration frame, will be focused on the aplication of a novel fingerprinting strategy represented by non-target screening of present metabolites, with the aim to identify various forms of food / food supplements fraud. For this purpose, cutting-edge instrumental platforms consisting from various chromatographic systems coupled with high resolution mass spectrometry will be employed. The research will also be concerned with the search for unique authenticity markers.
