Práce se zabývá sledováním degradačních změn ve struktuře huminových látek po UV záření. Cílem je navrhnout strukturní parametry, které popisují změny způsobené UV zářením. K navržení strukturních parametrů je využita metoda infračervené spektroskopie. Navržené parametry sledují, na jakých místech v molekule k degradaci dochází. V této práci jsou sledovány degradační změny u 7 různých huminových látek infračervenou spektroskopií v kombinaci UV/VIS spektroskopie. Dále ke zjištění struktury jednotlivých huminových látek je zde využita rentgenová fluorescenční analýza a elementární organická analýza.

This work studies structual changes of humic substances after UV radiation. The subject of this work is to propose suitable parameters, which describe structural changes of humic substances caused by UV radiation. The FTIR spectroscopy has been used to propose the parameters. The parameters describe the functional group, where the degrading changes occur in the molecule. Degrading changes have been observed in seven different kinds of humic substances, using the FTIR spectroscopy and the UV/VIS spectroscopy. Other methods used in this work are organic elementary analysis and X – Ray fluorescence. These methods give us information about the structure of the used samples.
